•The 'Walk around App' Management\operational feature in PHCloud is now completed. This allows you to track and manage workaround check reports (including reviewing photos and notes on defects etc) sent from the PHMobile Driver app. You can also setup walk around templates and assign them to vehicles. This feature will be disabled in the main program while development on the Drive app is completed
•Email templates can now be removed\deleted from the system
•Internal Tenant management features have been improved so Reveille can more seamlessly configure and support new operators using PHCloud
•Issues with the Diary bookings urls in the summary panel have now been fixed. Previously this may have taken you to a different bookings that hd been cached in memory
•Description text showing 'NewNew' has been altered to 'New' when viewing open\recent quotes in the side panel
•The Contract confirmation report was doubling up on runs. This has now been fixed and it shows the correct amount of runs
•The Invoice report wasn't correctly showing jobs items that had been invoiced in some cases. This is resolved now
•Fixed an issue where Contract runs that had exclusion patterns assigned were still showing in the Diary
•The automated estimate quote costing feature has been improved to deal with time based costs on an hourly basis
The next version will be v1.5 - major areas of development will include:
•The Diary will support overnight jobs with driver and vehicle blocked allocation
•A new 'Events Scheduler Feature' (Driver Hols Vehicle MOT dates etc)
•Re-work of how jobs are dealt with in quotes\bookings to make them more intuitive and flexible
•Misc minor changes
