•We've rebuilt and improved the Quote price calculator. Its now even more intuitive and allows for more precise job costings
•We've added a full job\event conflict engine into various areas in PHCloud. This will flag warnings if Drivers or Vehicles are being assigned when not available. It also takes into account holidays\sick days and vehicle off road events or any others you configure in the system
•We've added a new feature - Reports & Backups. All the usual reports are here as normal but we've now added the ability for you to export \ backup your customers and jobs initially so you can access these offline
•Re-invoicing a booking that's already been part or fully invoice now flags up a warning and asks for user intervention
•Job timing fixes for rare instances
•Fixed issues with Email templates not always behaving correctly with logos
•Fixed issue with the Invoice amount paid not always updating as expected
•A bug not allowing multiple contacts to be added per customer has been fixed
•Vehicle changes in bookings are now applied across all jobs (if relevant)
•Default values for VAT and Nominal rates are now pulling through correctly into a booking
•There was an issue updating Driver records if an DBS issued date wasn't populated first. This is now sorted and driver records can be update regardless of this information being present
•Contracts driver and vehicle allocation modifications are now dealt with in a more seamless way and no longer create duplicate Diary items
•Various reports have been improved across the board
•Balance due dates are now more accurately reported and calculated
•Various Descriptions in the system have been renamed to make items clearer
•More validation has been added to various forms to check that emails are entered in the correct format
•Our internal PHCloud Customer management system has been improved allowing more efficient account changes for our customers
•Various Misc improvements
