Release Notes > V4.0 - 7th April 2020

Note to customers:

Version 4.0 was originally penned for our hotly anticipated financial update. This is heavily in development and going very well but in the meantime we wanted to get this intermediate version out, so we've had a switch around on version numbers. The Financial update will now be released as version 5.0.

So.......we've made some major technology upgrades under the hood with Version 4.0 along with some other improvements based on your feedback - thanks! This under the hood technology update will really help speed development up moving forward.

New Features

•Major 'Under the hood' upgrade from Angular V7 to V9.1. This improves the speed, reliably, security and development pace of PHCloud

•Driver and vehicle Events are now shown in the Diary Overview page along side Booking and Contract Jobs

•Added hot tracking for mouse on diary screens

Improving the customer experience

•The user maintenance section has had a revamp to make it much easier to manage users and mark them as inactive (disabled) or active

•The Contract custom data picker has been improved for easier use

•Various 3rd party tools have been updated including the Scheduler components

•Sorted vehicle lists and resources by descending order of capacity

•High volume diary view now showing vehicle capacity on all Quotes, Bookings and Diary for vehicle lists

•Swapped pickup/destination columns on all views in the on diary

•Fixed rare Diary issue where job couldn't be scheduled if no other jobs or events had been viewed first

Fixes

•When first adding a new booking it wasn't saving the allocated Driver and Vehicle resources if they were added at the same time

•Adding quotes and bookings from the Customers feature now works correctly

•A seemingly stuck spinner on the customers screen has been tidied up and now disappears correctly
