This is a major upgrade of our true cloud-based booking solution for Coach Hire and Contract Operators. This release introduces a full sales ledger and cash daybook features for both bookings and contracts with a host of new reports.

We've developed a new booking and Job extras feature and in addition we've made a number of improvements and enhancements requested by our growing user base

New Features

• Full sales ledger and cash daybook features for both bookings and contracts with a host of new reports

• Booking and job extras can now be added to a booking and charges are added to the invoice

• We've integrated with the latest Report system (WYN Reports) and overhauled the entire reporting system under the hood. This is a major upgrade in technologies and will has greatly improved the reporting system in PHCloud

• Major technology upgrade from Angular 9 to 10.1. This improves performance, security and speeds up future product development

• Individual contract exclusions\cancellations now support a type (customer or operator) along with a note as to why and a charge can be applied - this will also show up in the new invoicing system

• New cancellation charge function embedded in the contract scheduler.

Improving the customer experience

• Re-designed the job and booking note sections to make it easier to add, edit and delete these

• Various new financial reports added and existing reports tweaked and improved

• Upgraded the 3rd party Diary component (Day Pilot) to the latest version

• Re-designed and improved report\document email client

• New financial status information shown in booking and diary areas to provide clear visibility on all bookings prior to departure
