New Features

• Dead mileage is now supported which builds into the Job costings and diary timings\schedules

• Full custom destination address support has now been added into each point allowing for a more complete job to be configured across the product

• We've majorly updated the core job screen for Quotes, Bookings and Contracts to make it even easier to use with further point map integration and improved work-flow based on customer feedback

• Favourite pickup points for a customer account are now seamlessly built into the point selector across the system when building jobs up

• Default Drivers and Vehicles can now be set against Contracts making scheduling much quicker for users

• Contracts - individual jobs from a contract item can now be edited in the Diary by using the 'View Contract' button in the job summary (for change of times or points etc). The system tackles jobs that have or do not have Driver and Vehicles scheduled already

• We now allow the use of identical registration numbers for vehicles - with warnings if this is used

Improving the customer experience

• We've optimised the code behind changes to contract item templates. This will be a lot faster now

• A host of reports have been updated to support and show further details associated with the Dead Mileage feature

• Removal of 'dead\orphaned' jobs after contract changes length. These were causing confusing conflict messages when assigning resources in the Diary

• Samsara app data export improvements have been made for an improved link between PHCloud and Samsara

• Various styling improvements and tweaks have been made for an improved user experience

Technical (under the hood) Upgrades

• We've upgraded to Angular 12. This comes with improved performance, development efficiency and security benefits

• All of the 3rd party components for PHCloud have been upgraded to there latest versions.

• The world class Reporting system we use Wyn Reports has also been upgraded to the latest version too.

• A host of reports have been updated to support and show further details associated with the Dead Mileage feature

• Removal of 'dead\orphaned' jobs after contract changes length. These were causing confusing conflict messages when assigning resources in the Diary

• Samsara app data export improvements have been made for an improved link between PHCloud and Samsara

• A full review of any other browser errors have been fixed

Fixes

• The entry system was incorrectly giving access to the financial feature

• Surplus code was being shown on booking extras. This has been fixed now and does not show on screen
