New Features

 

 

•New system status feature in the settings screen. This is very early in its development but this clever bit of AI will be constantly be monitoring your system to make sure its functioning and performing as it should so we can pro-actively deal with any issues that may arise

 

•Changes to the email form to allow a contact selector. This will allow the user to see all contacts within a customer, their name and contact type and be able to single or multi-select to add them into the email send list

 

•Alterations to allow any reference entered into the customer reference (Purchase order) box to automatically be output on the invoice line-item

 

•In addition to the above the introduction of a feature that allows you to define a point in the job list as the ‘destination’. In turn we will then output the point ‘name/description’ onto the invoice line-item as well as the job start date. This will also allow for edits to the name as required in the booking prior to invoicing

 

Improving the customer experience

 

 

•We have introduced a more modern view\theme on our quote screen along with improved search tools -  similar to the invoice and booking screen. Keep an eye out as we roll this more modern theme out across other areas too

 

•Various Report improvements

 

•We've improved how multiple driver jobs appear visually in the detailed view of the Diary

 

 

Technical (under the hood) Upgrades

 

 

•We've again upgraded the engine of PHCloud to keep up to date with the latest programing and code technologies. These will further improve performance, reliability and allow for more efficient development moving forward

 

•Fixed an issue where drop down lists may behave strangely in the Edge Browser

 

•Improved the performance and logging capabilities of PHCloud

 

•Improved the customer sign up process

 

 

Fixes

 

•In rare instances where Driver App walkaround checks syncs with PHCloud were affected due to loss off phone signal etc the sync time not the creation time was recorded in PHCloud once the sync eventually took place. This is now fixed

 

•We broke the 'log out' button in the last update (top right of the screen), sorry... all fixed now
