New Features

 

 

•We've added a new service status screen under settings. This is in Beta but we'll be beefing his up over the coming months.

 

•We have a new section within the Profile Settings which allows you to control the behaviour of the Android and Apple Driver App. Initially you can decide if you want phone numbers for the job to be displayed on the App but more settings will be coming to allow you to customise your Driver App experience

 

•You can now access contract patterns directly through the contract item using a quick link shortcut

 

•Driver App access can now be revoked for a driver from the main driver screen

 

 

 

Improving the customer experience

 

 

•We've improved the visual appearance of the Profile screen under the Settings

 

•The Users screen now shows additional information if that user is also a Driver. You can also directly access the Driver details by clicking on his name

 

•Improved the Reset Password button location on the Users list

 

 

 

Technical (under the hood) Upgrades

 

 

•Some foundation work for linking our tour package to PHCloud  in our next version 7.0

 

•Further behind the scenes improvements to allow us to better manage our increasing customer base

 

 

 

Fixes

 

•We've sorted out some rare issues with contracts where creating items could be very slow or time out after 30 seconds. Its now super fast!

 

•The User list now correctly scrolls to show you all of your drivers in that list

 

•Deleting vehicle cost types now warn you if they are in use with an existing vehicle type rather than showing an error

 

•Issue with Return to Base setting on jobs sometimes showing incorrect end and start dates/times is now fixed

PHCloud Version 6.5 (Due Early March 23) - Improved Contracts, performance, email attachment support.

 

PHCloud Version 6.6 (Due April 23) - Support for Sage Line 50, Xero and Quick Book exports.

 

PHCloud Version 7.0 - A New Online quote feature is coming and a PHCloud to t4 link too.
