New Features

•PHCloud now includes a document area on bookings that allows a user to upload PDF’s or image files that can then be accessed via the booking or emailed to the customer/driver through the existing email functionality

•Booking Terms & Condition PDF’s can now be set-up in the Settings > Company Profile section so that they are automatically included with confirmations emailed to customers

Improving the customer experience

•We've improved various caching issues in screens where previously you had to hit F5 to refresh and see the latest changes

•We've improved the way that contracts are updated in the database to provide faster changes to the templates

•Improved the error reporting relating to contract updating

Technical (under the hood) Upgrades

•We've upgraded to the latest Angular 15 framework - this underpins the performance and security of the system

Fixes

•Saving changes to existing vehicles sometimes created duplicate entries rather than updating the record

•Deleting contract item jobs occasionally led to the template occurrence record becoming orphaned

•Non-account customers could have booking allocations previously allocated as a POA

•Work Ticket related Stored Procedures showed cancelled jobs if very specific circumstances
