New Features

 

 

•        New contract summary report available from the main contract screen. This allows a clear summary of the contract duration, pattern and exclusions as well as run-rate to be forwarded to the customer to ensure clear alignment with terms.

 

•        New Contract Invoice Summary report that allows contracts to be grouped by Contract Item on each invoice line. This makes for a more presentable and clear invoice for the customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Improving the customer experience

 

 

•        Changes to what functionality is locked down when a booking is invoiced. The system now only locks down financial elements of a booking such as customer, price, nominals and vat codes allowing for all other operational elements to be changed without having to issue a credit.

 

•        Updated links to new Youtube help videos

 

 

 

Fixes

 

 

•        Fixes to the roles shown when setting up a new drivers access to the drivers app.

 

•        Fixed an issue that occasionally hides the main menu within a contract following the creation of a new contract item.
