•        We've built in a full internal card payment system which allows live card payments and refunds with Trust Payments against bookings and for customer on account payments too. More details regarding the payment provider are here Trust Payments

 

•        You can now refund a payment from the Receipt> items list?

 

 

 

 

Improving the customer experience

 

 

•        We've tided up a couple of redundant buttons in the system

 

•        Various report improvements based on customer feedback

 

•    We've improved the UI screen and messaging behind changes to existing contract items where jobs have been allocated Drivers and Vehicles already

 

 

 

 

Fixes

 

 

•        We now fully update both user names and emails for account changes to keep them in sync

 

•        Changes to the way the system deals with contract exclusions to prevent issues with orphaned jobs when trying to restore an excluded day

 

•        Fix to allow Web private hire quotes to be cloned in PHCloud when a 'return quote' is submitted online from your website.
