New Features
• New Health check and uptime monitoring tools (internal).
• We can now store categories against quotes. These are then persisted into bookings and will enable us to expand our ability to provide multi-branded reports both through PHCloud, and via our web quote forms.
• We now show the day of the week Mon, Tues etc in the diary on all views
• You now have the ability to Invoice Prospect / Non Account customers.
• You can now quickly convert a prospect customer into a full customer by hitting the new 'Convert to Customer' button on the quote or booking screen.
• Vehicle and driver events can now be added directly from the main diary screen using the new Add Event button. For the first time you can also add an event that isn't linked to a driver or a vehicle - this functions as a diary place holder for notes related to certain days on the diary and will show in the overview.
Improving the customer experience
• Improved the user flow and save process for adding License types in.
• Dashboard/Widgets improvements to data charts and monthly split.
• New improved audit records for bookings that have been converted from a quote. These now show in the booking history the original quote reference they came from.
• We've now removed inactive drivers\vehicles from the drop down lists within the event summary.
• We now hide any disabled or deleted customers from the quote and booking summary screens in the customer filter.
Fixes
• Issue showing historical customer data when with migrating quotes to bookings with prospect / non account customers on.
• Security improvements.
• Address lookup info no longer shows 'unknown' in place of null address fields.
• Making payments on bookings lost any recent job/pick-up info change if booking wasn't saved first.
• IOS issues when saving bookings and quotes that reset the price box unless the two decimal places are entered has been fixed.
