V4.200.230 - September 2020

New Features

We've now integrated with Evolvi Rail systems to support live rail ticket searching and purchasing. Rail tickets can be added at the time of the booking or added later as an option. E-tickets are emailed to customers which allows them to collect Rail tickets from a local station.

Vouchers can now be emailed directly to customers through t3.

Vouchers now have their own document archive which stores PDF copies of vouchers as well as a copy of any accompanying email that was sent.

Vouchers can have their own layouts with it's own template email text.

A Refund Credit Note can now be refunded to the customer adding the logging of this action through the cash books.

Improved error logging. We now have live error tracking to pro actively monitor errors as they occur to allow quicker resolutions.

We have added the ability to change company data set from the login screen.

 

Improving the user experience

SagePay has been updated to reflect the new Opayo brand name, including references and logos.

Improved messaging in the t3 transaction log when additional passengers are added to bookings.

Tour Option groupings have been improved when editing or renaming a group.

 

Fixes

An issue has been fixed which prevented typing in the Account Code box in Tour Settings

Fixed an issue removing multiple per passengers options in one go.

Fixed an error updating voucher expiry dates.

Fixed the issue preventing the scrollbar working on the client's booking history window.
