Fixes

•Do Not Contact / Unsuitable GDPR flag in the client record is now respected what entering a booking.

•Travel Club Membership number now sequentially updates for new members, to prevent a duplicate membership number warning.

•Advanced Letter to Customer now outputs the lead passenger name.

•Issue resolved where some refunds were not correctly calculating the deposit amount on the booking, leaving an outstanding balance.

•Fixed an issue with selected financial reports not exporting to an excel document.

•Issue when creating tours with certain accommodation types not writing to the accommodation table and causing the created tour to error.
