Fixes

•Supplier form displaying multiple versions of the supplier type PH Link has now been removed.

•Supplier website now opens from the Centre Information.

•Passenger List report not outputting the passenger totals variables now updated.

•Card details can now be entered manually in the pay form if no merchant details are supplied.

•Payment form is now displayed to allow payment to be collected for Travel Club Membership.
