New Features

•The My Account section has had some major feature development (t3/t4 only)*:

1)Recent bookings widget can now be shown on the initial page to give customers more of a dashboard feel

2)Full booking and tour information is now being pulled through when a customer clicks on a booking from there history or future bookings

3)Individual passenger details are now shown within the booking and additional information for example DOB and other important areas on a passenger level can be added/updated

4)Insurance can be added and paid for on a passenger level to a future booking

5)Part Payments on bookings are now possible against a booking, previously only full balance payments were

•Customers can now book online as a Guest. This is already possible for Brochure requests and Voucher purchases. Please contact us to enable/configure this for you

•DOB can now be surfaced on the Confirm and Confirmation pages and also the booking email if it was collected

•Booking confirmation information is more configurable now for example the DOB and insurance columns can be hidden

•Balance Payment confirmation emails can now be configured not to send

•Google Analytic's 4 (GA4)support. Please make sure you update to GA4 as per Googles advice as they will disable the current system on the 1st July 2023. Contact us for an update

Improving the customer experience

•Various speed improvements have been made behind the scenes to the development language and also the internal engine of WebRes to speed up processing on every page load

•Updated to the latest .net 4.8

•New WebRes builds/redesigns are fully compatible with the latest Bootstrap 5.x framework

Fixes

•Page Meta Description now pull through into the page source for SEO benefits

•Various CMS bugs have been fixed

•Blog comment bugs (only on new Bootstrap 5.x build) have been fixed
