PHCloud V7.9.7 - 17th Dec 2024

New Features

’Today’  button was added into the new date picker to allow quick jump to the current date.

Internal Admin improvements for managing new tours link and payment gateway functionality

Improving the customer experience

Styling tweaks to the date picker on the diary

The customer edit screen in bookings forced you to select a title before saving. This has now been changed to match functionality when setting up a new customer

We have unlinked the graphical time selector from the main time entry box on both quotes and bookings. You can now select the clock icon to pop open the graphic tool or simply select the time box to manually type the time without popping open the interface

Tweaks to the EULA acceptance screen that a user sees after an update

Improved UI on drop-down lists to now show a ‘Remove Selection’ option

New Reports and changes to existing reports

New Cancelled Tours report for T4 Tours Link. Found in Global Reports > Tours Link, this report shows all tours that have been cancelled via T4 after this update has gone live

New Cancelled Booking Summary report. Found in Global Reports > Bookings, this report highlights all cancelled and not deleted bookings, giving operators a full view of financials related to cancelled bookings

Fixes

Quotes created from the web quote form now populate all date and time fields on the job

Various drop-down lists such as Depot and Vehicle Type lost the ability to remove their selection and remain as ‘Please Select’ since the release of version  7.9.5. This has now been restored

An issue relating to reports that previously showed an incorrect destination due to shuffling pickup points has now been resolved.
