•        Brand new internal management admin area to allow Roeville to more easily manage and tweak account settings as required by our customers

 

Tech Upgrades

 

•        We won't bore you too much here, but sufficed to say that our passionate PHCloud user base is growing... and fast! We've upgraded various areas of the development architecture and updated it to the latest under the hood software in readiness for 2025! Some big changes behind the scenes here to keep things modern and running smoothly

 

 

Improving the customer experience

 

 

 

•        Improved and clearer Office 365 Oauth email set-up wizard

 

•        Improved job support spanning over Daylight Saving Hours (DST)

 

 

New Reports and changes to existing reports

 

•        Revenue reports have been updated to give a more precise allocation of general booking extras. These were originally allocated against the first job and job period. This income is now evenly distributed amongst the jobs and job periods on a booking by booking basis

 

•        New quote conversion rate report can be found within the quote section. This gives operators some key metrics on quote conversion rates, split by month and year

 

•        New cancelled tour report can be found in the Tours Link section of T4. This gives operators using our linked T4 Tours system a breakdown of tours cancelled via T4

 

 

Fixes

 

 

•        Rare issue with Office 365 Oauth email setup caused by not setting a SSL flag correctly
