•Coach Seat Allocation Tool
•This new feature will allow you to select all unseated passenger bookings on shared tours and allocate seats individually or in bulk.
•The feature includes the ability to re seat passengers, transfer between coaches and allocate seat plans, within the same user friendly interface.
•Trust Payment integration
•Now supports Trust Payment integration and reporting (Contact Support for more details)
•The passenger supplement field within a booking has been amalgamated with the room supplement field, to avoid confusion and provide clarity of the supplement charged.
•Added an additional field to have the ability to create an email template for Vouchers.
•The Customer Details report now allows for an passenger email address field (contact support to request this field)
•Brand specific email attachments and documentation can now be applied.
•Corrected an issue with the Marketing Extract report incorrectly calculating the Times Travelled & Total Travel Value
•The Total Charge field now auto populates when processing a refund
•Fixed an issue in the Insurance Bordereaux that caused a miscalculation when using an Insurance Option with 2 or more passengers
•The Contracts Accom Exception report now correctly filters between Assigned and Unassigned Contracts
•Fixed an issue with the behaviour of the 'Add' button when creating new insurance bands
•The pay method 'PayPal' can now be auto tagged in the Cash Daybook, previously this could only be actioned manually
•Partial refunds of unsettled card payments are now blocked and the user is prompted, "Selected payment has not been settled. Refund amount must be for the entire payment and cannot be changed"
•The pick up pricing plan is now carried through to a new tour, when included on the routing template.
•Fixed an issue when adjusting the voucher amount before payment, that incorrectly displayed the unadjusted figure after receipting.
•Fixed an issue where the FCA insurance script either opened slowly or in some cases not at all.
