At the very front of t4 sits the tour finder. A powerful yet user-friendly screen designed to showcase your product offering and make it easy and quick to find what a customer is looking for. Providing the majority of tour critical information in one place, the tour finder also proves integral to operation and reservation staff a-like.
From the finder you can find tours and excursions easily based upon various different criteria such as tour codes, date ranges, pick-up points, custom tour categories or even a simple text search that looks at the tour title or hotel accommodation. The user can then immediately view critical information such as accommodation availability and pricing, seating plan, last rooming list and ticket dates and operation info all from the same screen.

As more and more operators begin to diversify their holiday offerings t4 will continue to grow with them. A comprehensive ATOL system is embedded into the systems architecture and is able to produce individual ATOL certificates for bookings where supporting flight options are present.

Full refund credit note (RCN) support
One of the definable features of t4 throughout the recent Pandemic.
Users are able to instantly produce Refund Credit Note vouchers from within a booking and print or email these direct to the customer. Our RCN's are stored as a voucher within the system and each one has a unique reference number printed on the document.
Once the customer has chosen a future destination they wish to transfer their money to, they simply need to provide this reference number to a member of the reservations team and the RCN is redeemed against the new booking. This removes the need for the customer to post in their voucher or attend in person. A far more modern approach to reflect a modern tour operator.

Visual route planning application (at extra cost)
Roeville Visual Routing Application sits directly along side t4 to provide operators with enhanced route planning tools should they be required. The software is powered by 'Here Maps', the same company that supply the majority of commercial routing solutions and many of the in car navigation system you find in high-end vehicles today.
Able to not only provide instant point plotting, the application can also automatically time advanced interchanges working it's way through the network of routes to ensure your vehicles arrive at their relevant interchanges at the required time. Vehicle type and historic traffic are all taken into account.

Elegantly produce interim or final rooming lists from within a tour in t3 instantly at the click of your mouse. Pre-build hotel room allocations
In todays world of hotels and resorts the make-up of room allocations can differ enormously. The standard 'Double Room' is now referred to in tens of different ways depending up the supplier or resort. T3 allows you to build up a custom rooming plan for each supplier based upon their room distinctions and then spin out this template when you create your next tour.
Multiple plans can be stored based upon different allocation types and actual allocation can either be pre-populated in the template or individually tailored when creating the tour.

User definable seat-plans
Vehicles come is a considerable number of sizes and seat layouts, from 9 seater minibuses through to 70 seat double decker coaches. Within t4 you can build quick and easy seat plans to match all offerings with our custom editor.
Numbering can set as simple sequential 1,2,3,4.... or in airline format 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A... and the location of serveries, stairs and toilet facilities can also be defined on the plan giving your reservations staff the ability to seat customers quickly based upon their requests.

Travel insurance bordereaux
T3 has a fully integrated insurance sales system compliant with all current FCA rules and regulations regarding the sale of policies. Policy pricing is easy to setup and define different banding based upon travel regions and durations whilst the sales process is also able to embed items such as FCA sales scripts that can automatically pop up and prompt a user upon selecting to insure a passenger. Insurance sales are also fully supported within WebRes for online sales of holidays and daytrips.
Travel insurance bordereaux reports are then produced allowing the operator to provide relevant sale, cancellation and transfer information to their insurer within seconds.

An extensive reporting suite is provided with t3 to support the planning, forecasting and on-going management of an operators tour programme. P&L reports are available for individual tours with a single click making decisions on running or cancelling trips far easier. Roeville chose to partner with the leading postcode and address information supplier AFD to support it's booking process. Address look-up is easy and extremely fast ensuring that user-error is significantly reduced. Integrated financial information provides a reduction in both time and human error between controlled system. T4 produces readymade journal imports for both Sage Line 50 and Line 100 based upon trading income reconciled through the cash daybook.
